DanielLab provides SAT preparation services, including diagnostic assessments, practice question banks, mock examinations, and personalized learning feedback. Our Services are designed for high school students preparing for the SAT, who are typically 15-18 years of age.

Score predictions and learning insights generated by our Services are educational estimates intended to support your study planning. They are not guarantees of actual test performance. Actual SAT performance depends on many factors outside our control, including test-day conditions and your own preparation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will DanielLab, our affiliates, or our respective officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) the equivalent of fifty United States dollars (US$50).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
